Delivery costs likely to deter D2C shoppers in the U.S. 2022
According to a 2022 survey, almost one-fourth of surveyed shoppers in the United States were unlikely to pay more than five U.S. dollars for the delivery of direct-to-consumer (D2C) purchases. Furthermore, over 17 percent of respondents expected free delivery. Only 13 percent of shoppers did not mind their shipping fees to be higher than 10 U.S. dollars.
