This statistic shows the average amount of disposable income per private household in the Netherlands in 2021, by age of the main breadwinner. It was found that on average, households had a disposable income of 48,400 euros in 2021. Households where the main breadwinner was younger than 25 years had the lowest average disposable income in 2021, measured at 17,500 euros. The type of household with the highest average disposable income was those where the main breadwinner was between 45 and 65 years old.
