South Korea: video call usage rate 2021, by generation

According to a survey conducted in 2021 among South Koreans, around 35 percent of Generation Z members stated to use video call services. Across all generations included in this survey, the usage rate of video calls has increased, except for late millennials. The largest increase in use was seen in members of Generation 86.
