Electricity generation from fossil fuels in Ghana 2010-2020
In Ghana, 11.62 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity were generated from fossil fuels in 2020. This stood as a an increase from 2019 when 9.38 billion kilowatt-hours of electrical power were produced from crude oil, natural gas, and coal. Overall, electricity production by this means increased between 2010 and 2018.
