Opinion of French B2B professionals regarding shopping cart abandonment 2019
In 2019, a total of 71 percent of French business-to-business (B2B) professionals surveyed declared that the reduction of number of steps between the creation and the confirmation of an online shopping basket would aid in reducing the rate of shopping basked abandonments. A further 60 percent declared that free shipment and delivery of products would also reduce the abandonment rate of online shopping baskets.
