Profit of China Construction Bank (Europe) S.A. 2015-2022
China Construction Bank (Europe) S.A. reported an overall net loss of approximately 16 million euros in 2022. This was an increase of loss compared to the previous year and the fourth consecutive year that the bank did not make an annual net profit. The European division of the Chinese bank was established in Luxembourg in 2013. Apart from these headquarters, CCB has branches in multiple European cities, like Amsterdam, Milan, Paris, Barcelona and Warsaw. Several Asian financial institutions, such as China Everbright, established themselves in Luxembourg to gain access to the EU internal market.
