In order to capitalize and expand on its emerging international success, Wayfair needs to keep an eye on the leading markets in the furniture and homeware e-commerce segment globally. If it succeeded in becoming a market leader in a leading market (the United States), the next steps would be to emulate that success in the remaining top four - namely China, Germany, Japan, and the United Kingdom.
