As of the end of the fourth quarter of 2021, the leading motor vehicle liability insurance company in Bulgaria in terms of gross claims paid was ZK LEV INS AD. This insurer had the highest value of motor vehicle liability insurance claims paid in Bulgaria's non-life insurance market, at just over 120 million Bulgarian lev. This was followed by Euroins Insurance Jsc and Insurance company BUL INS LTD, at roughly 103 million and 87 million Bulgarian lev in gross motor vehicle liability claims paid, respectively.
