This statistic shows the number of times adults with gastrointestinal problems in the U.S. sought treatment from an alternative practitioner in the past year as of February 2017, by ethnicity. In total, 36 percent of Hispanic or Latino respondents had up to five treatments for gastrointestinal problems, compared to just 10 percent of White or Caucasian respondents.
