It was estimated that, in 2022, the over-the-top (OTT) TV and video revenue in Latin America amounted to over 8.6 billion U.S. dollars, up from less than 7.3 billion dollars a year earlier. This represents an annual growth of almost 19 percent. The figure was projected to continue to increase in the following years, surpassing 14 billion dollars by 2025. According to another source, OTT video services in Brazil generated 875 million dollars in revenue in 2022.
