Main distribution channels in the hotel industry in Finland 2021, by market share
According to a biennial study on the distribution channels in the hotel industry in European countries, direct phone bookings held the highest market share in Finland in 2021, accounting for roughly 25 percent of transactions. Online travel agencies (OTAs) followed behind, representing around 24 percent of bookings.
