Upfront payments by Sanofi in select acquisition and licensing deals 2019-2022
In March 2022, the French pharmaceutical group Sanofi paid some 150 million U.S. dollars upfront in the course of its licensing deal with American-based biotech company IGM Biosciences. Back in August 2020, the company also paid around 3.68 billion U.S. dollars upfront for its acquisition of biotech company Principia.
