According to a survey on consumer behavior since the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic conducted in Indonesia in 2022, 64 percent of the surveyed respondents stated that they had tried a different retailer, store, or website. Indonesian consumer have also tried a different brand, as stated by 42 percent of the respondents.
