Comfort with service method of food service items in C-stores in the U.S. in 2020

In the aftermath of the coronavirus outbreak, around 64 percent of American consumers surveyed in 2020 said they would be more comfortable purchasing prepared foods via crew-serve in convenience stores. Another 59 percent of respondents also preferred crew-serve when purchasing coffee from convenience stores.
