In February 2020, the majority of Russians were confident that the World Health Organization (WHO) was able to effectively deal with the coronavirus (COVID-19), as per 54 percent of participants in the survey by IPSOS. Furthermore, 53 percent expressed confidence in their national healthcare services to combat the virus.
