Global helium reserves 2023, by country
As of 2023, the reserves of helium in the United States amounted to more than 8.5 billion cubic meters, making it the country with the largest reserves of helium globally. Algeria was the second leading country for which helium reserve data was available, with reserves totaling 1,800 cubic meters. Qatar's helium reserves are estimated to be large, however exact figures were not available.
