In 2023, Infronavit granted approximately 309,300 mortgage loans in Mexico, down from nearly 283,100 loans a year earlier. In that same year, around 8,300 mortgage loans were granted by two or more institutions. In total, around 455,3 mortgages were granted in this Latin American country in 2022.
