In a survey of U.S. adults conducted in March 2024, more than three times as many Americans over the age of 65 were paying a lot of attention to the 2024 presidential election than those between the ages of 18 and 29. Among respondents between 30 and 44 years old, 26 percent reported having paid only minimal attention to the 2024 presidential campaigns.
