Perceived main advantages of online shopping in Germany 2021
In 2021, 71 percent of German respondents to a survey considered not being dependent on opening hours the main advantage of shopping online; 70 percent appreciated having purchases delivered to their homes and 64 percent perceived the selection of goods to be wider on the internet. The figures are based on a survey conducted in Germany among respondents aged 16 and older.
