Prime net student housing yields in Europe Q2 2019, by country
While prime yield shows the ratio of property rent and the property value, net yield also takes into consideration the expenses of owning the property. As of the second quarter of 2019, prime purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) in Poland had the highest net yields at 5.75 percent.
