This graph displays the habits of French e-shoppers when it comes to give feedback after purchasing, in a survey from 2019. It shows that 32 percent of the respondents declared never giving feedback after buying online, while 41 percent stated publishing comments and rating the product on the website or on social networks. About 13 percent of French respondents published and posted pictures of the products on social media.
