Vodafone mobile user satisfaction level in the UK 2018-2022
The Vodafone mobile users' overall satisfaction with the provider's customer service in the United Kingdom (UK) remained relatively stable between 2018 and 2021. In 2022, 86 percent stated that they were either very or fairly satisfied with their service. This represents a decrease compared to 2021 when around 92 percent of respondents expressed some level of satisfaction with the service.
